Welcome, my name is K.B. Steenstra!

I am a storyteller drawn to hopeful, character-driven narratives. I write tightly crafted stories where the impossible, magic, and power are explored through raw, flawed characters searching for a better world.

I’m currently working on a few projects, including The Rewritten, a completed science fiction novel, and a memoir exploring my adolescent years in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
